Historique :	Conservé dans la salle du Trésor de la cathédrale du Puy-en-Velay, ce coffret a réintégré l'église paroissiale de Pébrac en 1997.

Précision_sur la representation :	Une des plus belles scènes représente le combat entre deux cavaliers dont l'un, d'un coup de lance, désarçonne son adversaire sous les yeux de sa dame. L'autre face présente sous 4 arcatures trilobées et séparées par des colonnettes et des chapiteaux à volutes, des silhouettes de deux musiciens (l'un jouant de la viole, l'autre de la harpe) d'un montreur de faucon et d'un couple enlacé. Les extrémités sont également ornées de personnages sous deux arcatures (peut-être saint Louis rendant la justice). Travail de très grande qualité.
