Description :	La tapisserie représente la croix nimbée d'un halo de lumière suggérant la présence du Christ. De part et d'autre se tiennent la Vierge et Saint-Jean. Sur les deux pans encadrant cette première scène se trouvent à droite Marie-Madeleine, reconnaissable à sa longue chevelure, et à gauche, un personnage masculin agenouillé.
